21'シーズン人気を博した1点モノシリーズPAINTED FRENCH WORK JACKETの派生。
フレンチワークとは、19世紀(1845年ごろ)以降に、
フランスでの労働者が着ていた作業着の総称。
当時、炭鉱で働く人たちには、ちょっとやそっとでは破れない作業着が必要でした。
今回の生地は*モールスキンまではいかないものの高密度に織られたコットンポリを使用。
デニムのように経年変化を楽しめるのも嬉しいポイント。
肩線の接ぎ目を少し後ろに倒し、生地目をバイヤスでとることで、着用時にも腕が動かしやすい仕様となっています。
クラフトマンシップとデザイン性を融合させた一着。
右袖のLOGO PATCHや裾のネームタグがブランドアイデンティティを感じさせ、
KB.SIGNATURE LOGO、KB LOGOは刺繍のスペシャルな仕様。

綿糸で織られた短い起毛がある、厚手で優しい手触りが特徴の生地です。
キャンバスやデニムといった生地よりもさらに丈夫と言われるモールスキン。強度の秘密は生地の密度の高さと厚みと言われています。
